What is Glaral?
Glaral is a free website where you can share a business idea and get Yes, Maybe or No votes from real people. Members can also unlock the idea owner's email to start a conversation.
What does Glaral mean?
Glaral stands for "Great Launches Ask Real Audiences Live". Good launches start by asking real people what they think.
Is Glaral free?
Yes. Voting, posting ideas and signing in are all free.
How does voting work?
Anyone can vote Yes, Maybe or No on an idea, even without an account. You can change your vote at any time.
Who can see the vote results?
Free members who sign in can see the vote counts. Visitors who are not signed in can vote but only see the poll, not the numbers.
How do I post my business idea?
Sign in with Google, press "Post an idea", write a name and a short pitch of up to 220 characters, add your contact email, and post. Your idea goes live right away.
What are email unlocks?
A member can unlock the contact email of an idea owner to talk about the idea. Each member gets 5 new unlocks every 7 days. Opening an email you already unlocked does not use another one.
Who can see my email address?
Only signed-in members who choose to unlock it, and each member can unlock the emails of at most 5 idea owners per week. You must agree to this before you post. You can delete your idea at any time to remove your email.
Can someone copy my idea?
Yes, it is possible. Ideas you post are public, and posting does not protect them by law. Share what you are comfortable sharing, and do not post secrets or private data.
What are the ideas marked Example idea?
Glaral wrote them to show how the site works. The names and places on them are made up, and they have no contact email. You can still vote on them. Real ideas from members appear above them.
How do I share an idea?
Anyone can share. Press Share on any idea, no sign-in needed, and choose WhatsApp, X, Facebook, LinkedIn or Telegram, or copy the link. Anyone who opens the link sees that idea and can vote on it.
How do I report a bad idea or a scammer?
Sign in and press Report on the idea. When 5 different members report an idea, it is hidden automatically.
How do I delete my idea?
Sign in, find your idea in the feed, and press Delete. This also removes your contact email from Glaral.
